3G video chat service
This is a live video chat service available via 3G mobile phones only, provided by stream18media. Your phone must be enabled to make video calls in order for you to use this service. While every effort is made to make the service continuously available, stream18media is not responsible for any unavailability of the service due to lack of network coverage or availability or individual issues between any user and their mobile network provider or issues with any user’s handset.
Availability of individual operators
Individual operators work at different times of the day or night. Your chosen operator may not always be available and the website or mobile internet site may not always accurately denote the current availability of particular operators. We cannot be held responsible for your chosen operator being unavailable tat any given time.
Data protection
We will not share any of your data with anyone else. You have the right to stop the service at any time and request that any or all of your data be removed from our database.
Privacy
You should not give out any personal information, or the personal information of anyone else, when using the service. This includes but is not limited to: name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, place of work, bank or credit card details.
Cross-promotion
We may send you promotional text messages offering you the chance to participate in other mobile services. Replying to any of these messages with the word STOP will remove you from the promotional list and you will receive no further messages.
Charges
The cost of calling the video short code is £2.00 per minute. This charge is added to your mobile phone bill. Any text messages that you receive with regard to the service will be free.

All content, live or otherwise, available through the service is copyrighted to stream18media. You may not copy or distribute or display in any context outside domains registered and wholly owned by stream18media any content available through the service.
Content available through the service
Content available through the service can be of an explicit sexual nature.
